CINNAMON LAKES APARTMENTS - CROWN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Title: On-Site Manager

Duties: Project management for all unit turn overs, file necessary work orders for repairs and service requests, collab on remodel design, work closely with contractors on heavy repairs, maintenance and remodeling of units and the property, manage tenant complaints and concerns, hire vendors, tour prospective tenants, site violations, handle inspections, manage inventory, monitor and correct property lake water levels, work with the city and HOAs in tandem on projects keeping up with code, property beautification, track and manage upgrades on all 42 units, process all move outs for charges to tenant vs normal wear, make regular decisions on where budget should/could be cut and where it can be spent, coordinate and accept deliveries
